Condon is known for writing and/or directing numerous successful and acclaimed films including ''Gods and Monsters'', ''Chicago'', ''Kinsey'', ''Dreamgirls'', ''The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1'', ''Part 2'', and ''Beauty and the Beast''.
